Located between Polzeath and St Minver Roserrow is a small hamlet centred around this historic 13th century farmhouse in North Cornwall within 15min walk of the beach at Polzeath and the coastal paths. The Barn is situated in the grounds of The Farmhouse and is ideally situated for those wanting a base from which to explore. Nearby villages such a Rock, Port Isaac and Padstow not only offer plenty to see but also have a fantastic variety of shops, bars and restaurants.
This beautifully converted stone barn is hidden within the grounds of The Point with all its leisure facilities such as bar, restaurant, spa, gym and 18 hole golf course.
